The transition from pediatric care to adult care is challenging for people affected by cystic fibrosis. Many young adults neglect their disease as they get older and this is huge concern for parents.
To assist both parties we created interactive books, one for the patient and one for the parent. Each page has a series of tasks, information and exercises to help young adults stay on their treatment regimen and help parents navigate this challenging time.
